The Cicerone Certification Program seeks to improve beer quality by certifying the knowledge and tasting skills of those who sell and serve beer. The more beer professionals understand about the many aspects of beer culture and service, the better beer will be for beer consumers. If you are curious about what a Master Cicerone might need to know, review our Master Syllabus which is available to all visitors to this site. To learn more and test your skills, become a registered user--all it takes is an email address. Once registered, you can try our Sample Exam and look at the Novice Syllabus to see what you have to know to pass the Certified Beer Server Exam. You can also join our user forum to talk about issues related to beer service and this program. And by all means, let your friends and colleagues know about the program and our website! Cheers, Ray DanielsDirector
