Ray, I am still wondering if you have any thoughts on Certified Cicerones being able to become BA members.

Anyone can join the Brewers Association. I believe they have individual memberships and if not that, then certainly "Brewery in Planning." But the organization is certainly oriented toward breweries.
There is no official linkage between the BA and Cicerone Certification Program, but they certainly have encouraged distributors to join and that's a area of strong potential overlap.
