Thanksgiving magic.

Now not so unlike many people these days my Thanksgiving dinner was not exactly the most traditional. It was catered by Boston Market and only took about two hours from the store to the stove to my belly. But, none the less it was a feast for me and my family that went down gleefully and for this somber sod in training the drink is what made the night. I had various bottles of Ommegang, Fort Collins, Lake Placid and various other brews. But, I finally decided to grab my big bottle of adoration,(Ommegangs Winter Ale) fill up a pint and enjoy. The sweet malt, floral aroma and overly citrus character went with just about every aspect of the meal. A true joy that sent me to bed no more than twenty min's after the plate was cleaned while watching the cowboys slaughter the raiders. Seriously twenty min's.
