The Certified Beer Server Exam was launched in January 2008 and more than 400 beer professionals took it during the year. Those who pass this exam receive a certificate noting their accomplishment. They also qualify to sit the Certified Ciceronetm exam.
The content tested in the Certified Beer Server Exam is presented in the Novice Syllabus which can be viewed by registered users. Visit the homepage to register and login.
Sample Exam
We currently offer a sample exam to any registered user. This 10-question exam covers knowledge from both the novice syllabus and the master syllabus.
Those who get 5 or more questions correct on the sample exam are probably ready to pass the Certified Beer Server exam. Those who get 3 or fewer questions correct on the sample exam will probably need further reading and study before they will be ready to pass the Certified Beer Server exam.
