Last night was the monthly "First Thursday" gathering for Chicago Beer Society homebrewers at Goose Island's brewpub on Clybourn Ave here in Chicago. Had a nice chat with some new homebrewers. One served a Saison made with Ancho chilies and 2 oz of Mt. Hood aroma hops. Kinda drank like two different beers--but they were both tasty! |
