To really learn the flavors of beer, you need someone to guide you through an educational tasting experience—a sort of “show and tell” of taste. To help, the Cicerone Certification Program has created webinars to accompany hands-on tasting materials that introduce you to the essential flavors of beer. When you purchase the webinar, you’ll receive the tasting materials by mail and get access to the training webinar through your cicerone.org "My Account" tab. When you are ready, prepare the materials and start the webinar for your own personal guided tour to the important flavors of beer. One webinar covers that flavors of malt; another introduces the six off flavors tested in the Certified Cicerone® tasting exam.
