Welcome to the Cicerone Certification Program's Off-Flavor Tutored Tasting Webinar.
On this page you will find the recorded webinar and all documents necessary to conduct an off-flavor tasting session.
Your guide to conducting the tasting is found in the Basic Off Flavor Class Preparations (Prep for 6 participants / Prep for 12 or 24 participants) document below. As with all the documents on this page, you will click the link to open the document and once it is open you can save it on your computer if you wish to do so.
Prior to the tasting, you should print out one Tasting Sheet for each participant.
When it is time for the tasting, simply come to this page and click the play icon on the presentation on this page. Once it begins playing you can press the "full screen" button at the bottom-right of the presentation to show the slides in full-screen mode.
After the presentation, you may wish to distribute copies of the Off Flavor Reference handout to each participant.
