What is on the Master Cicerone exam?

The Master Cicerone exam is a two-day examination with multiple written, oral, tasting, and hands-on components. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional technical knowledge, sensory skill, professional judgment, and the ability to communicate with both industry experts and consumers. The exam covers the complete Master Cicerone syllabus, with each of its five primary knowledge areas contributing equally to the final score. A score of at least 85% overall is required to pass.
