Originally from Wisconsin, was based in Asia (Seoul/Hong Kong) from 2004-2018, moved to Vancouver, BC in 2018. --- Co-founder of Coaster, Hong Kong's first-ever beer magazine (bilingual EN/CN, launched in 2016). With the aim of increasing education and knowledge about beer in the wider Asia-Pacific region, we had a print edition for a year, then a website, and now publish exclusively on social media. --- In 2010, I also co-founded (though am no longer a part of) one of Hong Kong's first and largest craft beer importer/distributors, Hop Leaf Limited, which brings in brands exclusively including Stone, Deschutes, Epic, North Coast, Anderson Valley, Mikkeller, To Øl, Nøgne Ø, Tuatara, Baird and Kagua. --- I'm also a BJCP Recognized Beer Judge (#E2324).
