Melissa Antone

Melissa's passion for beer began while studying Biology at the University of Delaware and working for Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant. After 5 years and many hats worn with Iron Hill, she relocated to Colorado and joined the Quality Assurance Department at Avery Brewing Company where she developed and managed their sensory program. Currently, as Business Development Specialist with Cara Technology Ltd and AROXA® and Certified Cicerone®, Melissa provides support and training in sensory to American craft brewers. She considers herself an ambassador for quality beer and enjoys sharing her knowledge of brewing science, best practices, and flavor chemistry. Mel’s happy places are the Colorado wilderness and her kitchen.
