Kevin Emms

I followed my passion for premium quality beers into the brewing industry. Following my studies in Brewing and Distilling at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, I returned to the Canadian West Coast and it's burgeoning craft beer scene. I have since found myself in start-up brewing companies, experiencing the challenges and rewards of taking a new operation from the conceptual stage to a productive and constantly growing brand. The process of becoming a Certified Cicerone® challenged me to expand my entire approach about beer from grain to glass, to table. I now look forward to educating others about my passion and liaising with other Certified Cicerones® and experts in the brewing industry!
