I have worked for Guinness for over 20 years, and since 2015 I have been part of the Beer Specialist team at St James Gate in Dublin. The role includes hosting beer tastings, beer and food pairings and occasionally travelling as a Guinness Ambassador. When not working I like to homebrew, read about current trends in beer and visit breweries and taprooms.
