My beer journey has taken me from Townsville, Australia (where I managed a Homebrewers Warehouse) to Sacramento, California (where I worked in retail for Nugget Markets) to Berlin, Germany where I worked for Oculyze (the famed developer of automated yeast counting microscopes), back to the USA where I developing courses and content for Napa Valley Wine Academy. Now, I've returned home, where I continue to produce courses for beer, wine and spirits. Other notable credentials and general geekery include the WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines, a WSET Certified Spirits Educator, possessing a Graduate Certificate in Brewing from Federation University (Australia), being a National BJCP judge and I have run an 8:51 beer mile (using Left Hand Milk Stout).
