My name is Brittney and I am fascinated with fermentation, bewitched by brews, and smitten with saccharomyces cerevisae. I discovered that my passion could be liberated with a bottle opener and my thirst for knowledge could not be contained. Starting as a hobby, my appreciation for craft beer and spirits has matured into the sweet nectar of a dream; making my passion into my career. In my journey to becoming a Certified Cicerone, I have the opportunity to tap into the abundant history, science and process of brewing. Along the way, I seek to find inspiration in a cold glass as I venture to breweries near and far to find what's new in brews.
