Daniel Köning

I am back from brewing in the Netherlands and am now working towards my German Brewmaster title. Currently working full-time as a scientific associate at the VLB Berlin, part of the Sensory Analysis Team. We do deconstruct beers sensorywise on a daily basis for all our international clients. Head Brewer, studied Graphic Designer, Qualified German Brewer and Malster, BJCP Recognized Judge, Runner, Yoga, Kendo, wanna be Surfer, born in Duesseldorf and Berlin-based.
