Elaine Flick

Elaine's interest in the hospitality industry began with her first job waiting tables at "Brandy's in the Strip" in Pittsburgh, PA. Her passion was further fueled when she pursued her undergraduate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Penn State. In 2006, as an entrepreneur, she found her "happy place" by combining her passion for travel, food, and wine into a nice travel business called Chefs at Sea. Having studied in the International Sommelier Guild's Sommelier Diploma Program, and enjoying the intricacies of wine, she has most recently enjoyed learning more about craft beer. Living in Denver, CO a city (& state) rich in craft breweries, she is now embarking on a Cicerone path. Elaine plans to use her years of hospitality and travel experience in a new venture she has created, Brews Cruise Travel. Brews Cruise Travel is a boutique travel agency hand crafting highly customized and "localized" experiences for discerning independent and small group travelers, to craft beer destinations, largely in Europe.
