Ethan Fixell

Ethan is a beer writer, consultant, and educator. Ethan most frequently write about beer for Food & Wine’s FWx, Food Republic, Men’s Journal, and Quartz – but has also written about all types of beverages for Food & Wine, Vanity Fair, Travel + Leisure, Playboy, Tasting Table, Saveur, DuJour, Draft, and All About Beer Magazine. He is currently the Beer Expert for About.com, teaches about beverages at Astor Center and ICE in New York City, and is the Beer Director for NYC's Merchants Hospitality Group.
