Video game developer turned expat craft brewer. Skilled in product management, project management, quality assurance from my time developing video games in San Francisco. Strong administrative professional with a Bachelor of Science focused in Computer Graphics Technology from Purdue University. After moving across the world I learned a new set of skills... brewing beer on a 3HL and 5HL system at two brewpubs in Shanghai, China! I started with cleaning tanks, kegging, and checking on fermentation. Soon I was transferring beer between FVs and BBTs and helping run brew days. I've even won a few international awards for some of the beers.
