I'm an Indian national living in Lille, France & work as the beer hunter / buyer for Perfect Draft. I got my adrenalin kick for craft beer by accident in 2008 when, I tasted an IPA from Thornbridge Brewery(UK) - Jaipur at a bar in Lille. I thought this beer was actually brewed in India since it said India Pale Ale & Jaipur being a famous city in India :). Little did I know about the IPA style & this was my first modern craft beer experience or revelation. This beer changed my life by providing me the urge to travel around the world to discover various beers, breweries, cultures, try home brewing & above all deciding to persue a career in the craft beer world.
