Tom Gwinn

I fell in love with beer as a college student at Caltech in Pasadena, CA. A friendly grad student named Dave introduced me to his favorite SoCal brewery - Stone - and the rest was history. These days I drink less beer than I used to (I find it accumulates around the middle), but I'm always trying to come up with better beer and cheese pairings. My current favorite: Fort Point Mosaic Park and Kerrygold Dubliner.
